Healthy Diet Foods for Your Dental Health |
Healthy nourishment is known to be a basis of normal health. Healthy
food refers to natural products obtained from ecologically clean
components. Natural food with sufficient amount of vitamins, minerals,
amino acids and other essential ingredients is a solid basis for
fail-safe functioning of organism’s systems. In case of any
disorder it is recommended to keep to a diet.
Healthy diet foods are
balanced meal products. A nutritionist is a specialist who does all the
work to prepare individual diet programs that involves calculating the
necessary amount of calories, fats, proteins, carbohydrates etc.
Individuals willing to establish own diet programs are advised to
consult a doctor and get familiar with a list of healthy diet foods.
Dental
health is maintained by
regular teeth brushing and sanation of oral cavity. Toothpastes,
toothbrushes, mouthwashes and dental flosses can be named important
dental health products
which are used to keep teeth and oral cavity well. In order to preserve
dental health it is
required to brush teeth at least twice a day with individually chosen
toothpaste, replace toothbrushes every two months and rinse mouth with
special anti-bacterial washes.
Preservation of teeth also depends on definite microelements contained
in dental health food
products, for example milk (calcium supply); fish (phosphorus and
vitamin D supply) and/or fluorine products.
Dental healthy drinks
include water (diluting acids attacking teeth enamel), milk, sugar-free
tee and other beverages. Sugar products (bread, cakes, sweets etc.) and
acid-containing products (e.g. vinegar-added food, citrus fruit) are
known to have detrimental effect on teeth. |
